  The staff were so lovely and our room was cleaned everyday! The balconies were so useful and made each night really enjoyable as well as a great pool and bar with happy hour! The location was great- close to the beach and supermarkets as well as great walking distance from the clubs yet far enough for it not to be too noisy if you didn't want to b... what people say » e involved in all the hectic nightlife! I would highly recommend alexia and would stay there again! - The staff and owner are so friendly and always there 24/7 to help with anything. The room is cleaned every day and towels/sheets replaced. The pool is great and the location is the best you could have. About 1min from the harbour and main beach (Limanaki) and 5 min from the main square where all the clubs/bars are. Would highly recommend this place and will definitely be back for more great times in 2014.

  We went these 4 night beginning of saison (10/04). The hotel is 10" walking from the animated city center. It is better like that because Ayia Napa is really a city for party so the center is very noisy. The bar is open late, the barman very sympathic and the drink very cheap ! - It was perfect. We had lots of space and it felt very roomy!, The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic it is right on the entrance to sandy bay beach (which is very beautiful), there was wifi which was weak but still accessible, a lovely swimming pool which was always very clean, and a very nice bar and restaurant attached. It was located on the ground floor but NO insects were detected even though territory is surrounded with plants.
