  Everything was good in general. Though I would recommend to add real coffee / leaf tea, various fresh juices and fruits to breakfast menu. Also it would be great to have a kettle at the room. And, in terms of a bit isolated location, maybe it is worth to have at the hotel some spots where you can get some fruits, fresh juices, natural local produc... what people say » ts and ice cream, like Pahit ice. And for eating out I would really recommend to go to the city center, try Diva restaurant, it's definitely worth to - There was a wide variety of activities offered each day for free that kept you active even if you decided to never leave the resort. My favorite feature was the free water taps throughout the resort where you could fill up your water bottle for free!

  I had a great time while staying at Loutsiana. I was warmly greeted by a British lady whose name currently escapes me (sorry) and I have nothing negative to say about my stay. The nearest sandy beach is a seven-minute walk from the hotel, alternatively there is a regular bus that takes you to Nissi Beach or Agia Napa proper. The hotel has a good pool in a green enclosed area, a cafè/restaurant/cocktail bar and even a supermarket/souvenir shop, whe - We visited Loutsiana II Hotel Apartments as a group of 6 adults and one child. Staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful during our whole stay. Apartments were clean and well maintained, air conditioning and wireless Internet connection were working without any problems. Breakfasts at the hotel were tasty, there was a possibility to choose different types of meals from the menu or during some days a buffet breakfasts were available. I would like to thank Anna the English lady who worked at reception who I really valued and Helen another English lady who I met during breakfast was really lovely.   We had a deluxe room with a sea view.The sea view was on tip toes as we were given a ground floor room overlooking the extraction for the indoor pool. Our friends had a superior room with sea view which was superb.Considering the hotel was only half full I think an upgrade could have been offered or a delux room on a higher floor.staff were great,... what people say » food was good room was clean but the view was poor - Very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived late at night due to a delayed flight and were made most welcome. Food was provided even though the restaurants were already closed. Staff recognised us and stopped to chat. Hotel is very close to the beach and loungers are allocated in a suitable area for the duration of the holiday so no early morning scramble is required !
