My stay in Nissiana was 3days and 2nights with single occupancy.. I booked airport shuttle transfer to this hotel at reasonable rate 15.8 euro from website name www.resorthoppa.com. It saved me some cost due to I was solo traveller .While by taxi gonna cost bout 50euro per trip.

The best thing we face during our stay is the ease of location, this hotel is just minutes away from the famous nissi beach & you can find a bus sop just across the road facing the hotel, which can help you to take buses for transportation in Ayia Napa instead of Taxis(which are very expensive). The location of the hotel was great. All the services and staff were very friendly and helpful. We had the best room (we think) the view was amazing. - food was excellent, air con was to a very high standard, I asked for a room upgrade and i got it, the bed was huge!

Dotato di camere e suite ben arredate con aria condizionata e balcone, il Fedrania Garden si trova a 300 metri dalla spiaggia di Ayia Napa e vanta una piscina all'aperto.

Excellent location within walking distance of the bars & shops, free parking, clean & modern hotel. Easy to find from the highway. The hotel provides hairdryers, irons etc for a small deposit.
