Air con was free with a €10 deposit which was returned when remote was so was a bonus as it worked really well especially in early September.   The staff were so lovely and our room was cleaned everyday! The balconies were so useful and made each night really enjoyable as well as a great pool and bar with happy hour! I would highly recommend alexia and would stay there again! - The staff and owner are so friendly and always there 24/7 to help with anything. The room is cleaned every day and towels/sheets replaced. The pool is great and the location is the best you could have. Would highly recommend this place and will definitely be back for more great times in 2014.

  We went these 4 night beginning of saison (10/04). The hotel is 10" walking from the animated city center. It is better like that because Ayia Napa is really a city for party so the center is very noisy. The bar is open late, the barman very sympathic and the drink very cheap ! - It was perfect.   Apartments was lovely and very comfortable, a lot of space which is not often in Agia Napa hotels, recently renovated, elegantly furnished and always clean! The sea is in 2 minutes walking, to get to the sandy beach you need to walk about 15 minutes along the sea cost. Really a great choice - Breakfast was very good, apartments are very modern and the double bed just great! Air-conditioning system works perfect, not making noise, cause seems to be very new. Hotel is located in quiet place, although if you walk few minutes, you are in the entertainment center of Agia Napa.
