Nice apartment, very roomy and with a nice little terrace for breakfast. We stayed "off-season" and it was very quiet, including the wonderful swimming pool, which I expect to be a little crowded during the summer. The very kind staff took some time to explain every service available with its price, so we couldn't have any surprises. Undoubtedly great value for the money we spent.

Above all, the helpfulness of the staff, and particularly the manager. I hadn't expected much contact, as the accommodation is self-catering apartments, but there was always someone available to help and advise - even when I arrived at 1:00am after a delayed flight. The apartments are basic, but scrupulously clean, bright, airy and very spacious.

I greatly appreciated the warm atmosphere of this hotel, conveniently located in the town centre and the kindness and competence of all the staff. Highly recommend a stay at Nikis house! Lovely welcoming owners, and very willing to help. The house is a beautifully renovated traditional Cypriot house fully fitted with modern amenities. Very comfy and clean room, good size comfortable bed, sofa and large tv, and there was free wifi available. New bathroom and kitchenette fitted. The inner court yard is beautifully kept, perfect for relaxing in the sun. Good location only a 5 min drive to central Limassol and the sea front.

Very clean, excellent position, shops nearby (non-stop), pubs, bars, restaurants around. Very nice personnel at the reception.
