I have stayed in many 'apartment hotels' and Frixos goes there with the best of them, for me. Location was nice and quiet with balcony views of the pool/sea. Staff was very friendly and helpful, advising where to get something to eat after midnight, etc. Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Breakfast had everything I wanted/needed. Wi-Fi work

A very clean and modernly decorated hotel. Staff and owners were absolutely fantastic. At least one owner was always around to help and provide tips/info for the area. Besides the normal pool there is one small for kids. Both were cleaned daily. This hotel should be a benchmark on how hotels should be run. I will definately visit it again.
The area is quiet and great for families but there are places for all type of guests. With a car 3/5 of Cyprus are only 20-40 minutes away including Ayia Nap

We stayed at the hotel for just one night during a short trip to the capital of Cyprus.
The hotel location is good: a cozy, quiet area, the center of Nicosia is about 20 minutes ' walk away. The view from the window was nice: the Turkish part of the city and the foothills .

The hotel was perfect! We could not believe one can stay at such a place
for this price. The hotel can easily be considered 4-star or something
like that. Without asking, we were given the executive "Zebra"
room which was very nice, clean, large and stylish, zebras everywhere.
The staff is super nice and friendly, breakfast is good and everything
was perfect. There is even free snacks/fruits bar available 24 hours
(a thing you rarely see in hotels), nice lobby/saloon, maps stand

Everything was good and we will miss it so much, specially Mario who was very friendly and funny...the breakfast was very good and for the money we paid it was worth it and more. We booked a bigger room cause the normal ones where all booked, everything was working good. We had a nice terasse with the sea at our feat and we felt like kings..To put it easier this place gives you very good value for the money you pay. We were there at the end of the season. The horel was great, nice and kind people and excellent facilities, especially that Japanese restaurant, the Clif Bar and the swimming pool. Our holiday was great, room was spotless with fantastic views, morden like in 5 star hotel :-) we were nicely surprised! Nice pool! staff amazingly friendly and nice, very reasonable price for a services provided. Location is very good, convenient route to Limassol and Pafos, quiet area and good programme in the nights in the restaruant! Good fun!

We stayed at a recently renovated studio. The double bed was
comfortable, there was a large flat screen tv with satellite channels,
a dvd player, a fully equipped kitchen. The room was very clean and
cosy. There was a balcony with view of the west coast of limassol.
Situated in a quiet place away from the city but within 15 min drive
from the city center.

We visited Loutsiana II Hotel Apartments as a group of 6 adults and one child. Staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful during our whole stay. Apartments were clean and well maintained, air conditioning and wireless Internet connection were working without any problems. Breakfasts at the hotel were tasty, there was a possibility to choose different types of meals from the menu or during some days a buffet breakfasts were available.
