We liked our stay in this great villa with big pool and beautifull garden full of privacy. Everything was very clean and the pool was also checked up every day. It's a quiet and peacefull area but not far from places to visit. The owner, Andreas was very friendly and helpfull, also his family. We had a relaxed holiday.... -

Rooms were a good size
Good location... Away from the busy road but can easily walk anywhere in Ayia Napa
Taxis are cheap €2 each to waterpark or the strip
Aren't too many people by the pool at the day, and there are hotel entertainers that do water gym and volleyball in the pool in the day
Would happily go back here -

I have stayed in many apartments in this area over the years as a local and have to admit that this was one of the best by far for it's category. Good and quiet location, with bus stop outside and two supermarkets. I just stayed for one night but was impressed with the room and especially as i had booked a studio and was upgraded for free without
