The villa was lovely and had everything we needed. The private pools were wonderful, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The location was great with a beach nearby and a fantastic beach only a five minute drive away. The owners were amazing and they gave so many helpful suggestions of nearby places to visit, supermarkets, and restaurants to try.

The staff at the apartments couldn't do enough for us, they are so friendly and really made our Cypriot experience! The hotel is a short walk from a bus stop where you can go either 5 minutes to the coral Bay Area or 10 minutes into paphos harbour both cost €1.50each way. So getting around is both easy and affordable. The appartments are clean both in the rooms and public areas and have a really lovely atmosphere mainly set by Bridget and Stephanos who are so helpful, the hotel has a good size

The hotel manager Panicos was extremely helpful before we even arrived, sorting out transfers from the airport and during our stay. We were a large group of 30 but that was no issue to the hotel team who served us when needed. I have stayed in many 'apartment hotels' and Frixos goes there with the best of them, for me. Location was nice and quiet with balcony views of the pool/sea. Staff was very friendly and helpful, advising where to get something to eat after midnight, etc. Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Breakfast had everything I wanted/needed. Wi-Fi work

A very clean and modernly decorated hotel. Staff and owners were absolutely fantastic. At least one owner was always around to help and provide tips/info for the area. Besides the normal pool there is one small for kids. Both were cleaned daily. This hotel should be a benchmark on how hotels should be run. I will definately visit it again.
The area is quiet and great for families but there are places for all type of guests. With a car 3/5 of Cyprus are only 20-40 minutes away including Ayia Nap

Everything was good and we will miss it so much, specially Mario who was very friendly and funny...the breakfast was very good and for the money we paid it was worth it and more. We booked a bigger room cause the normal ones where all booked, everything was working good. We had a nice terasse with the sea at our feat and we felt like kings..To put it easier this place gives you very good value for the money you pay. Nice apartment, very roomy and with a nice little terrace for breakfast. We stayed "off-season" and it was very quiet, including the wonderful swimming pool, which I expect to be a little crowded during the summer. The very kind staff took some time to explain every service available with its price, so we couldn't have any surprises. Undoubtedly great value for the money we spent.

La Vasilikos House è un complesso di tradizionali alloggi a ristorazione indipendente con caratteristiche personalizzate.
La struttura si trova a Tokni, lungo la costa meridionale, a metà strada tra Larnaca e Limassol, e a soli 10 minuti in auto dalla spiaggia. Potrete visitare una piscina in comune nelle vicinanze.

Highly recommend a stay at Nikis house! Lovely welcoming owners, and very willing to help. The house is a beautifully renovated traditional Cypriot house fully fitted with modern amenities. Very comfy and clean room, good size comfortable bed, sofa and large tv, and there was free wifi available. New bathroom and kitchenette fitted. The inner court yard is beautifully kept, perfect for relaxing in the sun. Good location only a 5 min drive to central Limassol and the sea front.
