The staff at the apartments couldn't do enough for us, they are so friendly and really made our Cypriot experience! The hotel is a short walk from a bus stop where you can go either 5 minutes to the coral Bay Area or 10 minutes into paphos harbour both cost €1.50each way. So getting around is both easy and affordable. The appartments are clean both in the rooms and public areas and have a really lovely atmosphere mainly set by Bridget and Stephanos who are so helpful, the hotel has a good size

I have stayed in many 'apartment hotels' and Frixos goes there with the best of them, for me. Location was nice and quiet with balcony views of the pool/sea. Staff was very friendly and helpful, advising where to get something to eat after midnight, etc. Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Breakfast had everything I wanted/needed. Wi-Fi work

A very clean and modernly decorated hotel. Staff and owners were absolutely fantastic. At least one owner was always around to help and provide tips/info for the area. Besides the normal pool there is one small for kids. Both were cleaned daily. This hotel should be a benchmark on how hotels should be run. I will definately visit it again.
The area is quiet and great for families but there are places for all type of guests. With a car 3/5 of Cyprus are only 20-40 minutes away including Ayia Nap

Our four-day stay at the hotel left us with the dearest memories. Highly efficient and friendly staff. A fantastic location. Being a bit spaced apart from the sea shore which can be easily reached by bus (the bus stop is very close) "Axiothea" offers an incomparable advantage of quite and rellaxing atmosphere, fresh air, unforgettable evenings at the sea-side balcony. Staff were friendly, they upgraded us to the panoramic view room and the view was very nice. The location was perfect, it wasn't crowded but also not too far from the shops and restaurants. Breakfast is good, and it was very relaxing to sit outside the balcony with the beach view. Highly recommended although it's not cheap. :) -

and best tvs, fridges, cooker, etc; the polite and extremely helpful

The Neptune is currently undergoing an upgrade to the apartments, Bella who was on duty when we arrived upgraded us to one of the newly refurbished rooms without any prompting which was a lovely gesture at no extra expense. Very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived late at night due to a delayed flight and were made most welcome. Food was provided even though the restaurants were already closed. Staff recognised us and stopped to chat. Hotel is very close to the beach and loungers are allocated in a suitable area for the duration of the holiday so no early morning scramble is required !

- appartment is quite large with all needed facilities. Comfortable bed.

We've got exavtly we expected for our money, the suit was well equiped with everything necessary,clean and silent enough though it has a front sea view and is located near the noisiest strret in Limasol. Air/cond, WiFi, parking were free. And even more - When the owners knew our child's stroller has broken during the flight they gave us their own to use for all period of stay - for free. And very extremely kind and attentive to all our needs andrequests.Definitely recomment as a best price/qua

Everything was good and we will miss it so much, specially Mario who was very friendly and funny...the breakfast was very good and for the money we paid it was worth it and more. We booked a bigger room cause the normal ones where all booked, everything was working good. We liked our stay in this great villa with big pool and beautifull garden full of privacy. Everything was very clean and the pool was also checked up every day.
