  Everything was just perfect. The apartment was spacious - living room with the kitchen + bedroom. Plus a big balcony. The view, all around a beautiful bay, was breath taking, just amazing! The combination of the sea view, especially the sunset, and the palm trees surrounding the garden of the pool area was unbelievable! You could hear the waves as... wat mensen zeggen » you fell asleep. An excellent location. I enjoyed the sunset and the waves rocking the rocky beach. They have a beautiful garden, giving the place su - Everything was good and we will miss it so much, specially Mario who was very friendly and funny...the breakfast was very good and for the money we paid it was worth it and more. We booked a bigger room cause the normal ones where all booked, everything was working good. We had a nice terasse with the sea at our feat and we felt like kings..To put it easier this place gives you very good value for the money you pay. I recommend to all our room 105, but also the rooms around us with the same vie

  I had a great time while staying at Loutsiana. I was warmly greeted by a British lady whose name currently escapes me (sorry) and I have nothing negative to say about my stay. The nearest sandy beach is a seven-minute walk from the hotel, alternatively there is a regular bus that takes you to Nissi Beach or Agia Napa proper. The hotel has a good pool in a green enclosed area, a cafè/restaurant/cocktail bar and even a supermarket/souvenir shop, whe - We visited Loutsiana II Hotel Apartments as a group of 6 adults and one child. Staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful during our whole stay. Apartments were clean and well maintained, air conditioning and wireless Internet connection were working without any problems. Breakfasts at the hotel were tasty, there was a possibility to choose different types of meals from the menu or during some days a buffet breakfasts were available. Location of the hotel is close to very nice Makronissos

  Το δωμάτιο ήταν υπέροχο με θαυμάσια θέα, ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πολυ ζεστο για της κρύες νύχτες του χειμώνα. Το τζάκι ήταν τέλειο και μας έδωσαν ξύλα χορις να χρειαστή να τα αγοράσουμε. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ εξηπηρετικό και ότι χρειαστήκαμε μας εξηπηρέτισαν αμέσως γιατί έχουμε πολύ μικρά παιδάκια. Πραγματικά θα ξαναπάμε γιατί περάσαμε τέλεια.

  Absolutely met all our expectations!!! - price/qualitity level is in fact reasonable - appartment is quite large with all needed facilities. Comfortable bed. - swimming-pool is a pleasant additional option, especially on windy days when it's not very comfortable by the sea - good municipal beaches nearby (10 min by walk) as well as all main tour... wat mensen zeggen » ist facilities (restaurants, shops, bars, promenade areas, excursions offices, 5-star hotels). 10 minutes from the city center by bus - delicious and - We've got exavtly we expected for our money, the suit was well equiped with everything necessary,clean and silent enough though it has a front sea view and is located near the noisiest strret in Limasol. Air/cond, WiFi, parking were free. And even more - When the owners knew our child's stroller has broken during the flight they gave us their own to use for all period of stay - for free. And very extremely kind and attentive to all our needs andrequests.Definitely recomment as a best price/qua
