  It was my fourth visit in this hotel. Since a last time the hotel has come big redecoration so everything is new. I like everything here - the behaviour of staff, front desk, tasty half board and cozy room (with TV and Czech channel CT24 I may not forget...). And of course here is Macronissos beach which is one of the best beaches I know).   Staff were friendly, they upgraded us to the panoramic view room and the view was very nice. The location was perfect, it wasn't crowded but also not too far from the shops and restaurants. Breakfast is good, and it was very relaxing to sit outside the balcony with the beach view.   I had a great time while staying at Loutsiana. I was warmly greeted by a British lady whose name currently escapes me (sorry) and I have nothing negative to say about my stay. The nearest sandy beach is a seven-minute walk from the hotel, alternatively there is a regular bus that takes you to Nissi Beach or Agia Napa proper. The hotel has a good pool in a green enclosed area, a cafè/restaurant/cocktail bar and even a supermarket/souvenir shop, whe - We visited Loutsiana II Hotel Apartments as a group of 6 adults and one child. Staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful during our whole stay. Apartments were clean and well maintained, air conditioning and wireless Internet connection were working without any problems. Breakfasts at the hotel were tasty, there was a possibility to choose different types of meals from the menu or during some days a buffet breakfasts were available. Location of the hotel is close to very nice Makronissos

  The hotel was situated in a great location, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would like to thank Anna the English lady who worked at reception who I really valued and Helen another English lady who I met during breakfast was really lovely.   This is a seriously nice hotel It is very old fashioned not for the young a lively lot. It is one for old people and families. It is very basic and breakfast was ok.
