  Staff were friendly, they upgraded us to the panoramic view room and the view was very nice. The location was perfect, it wasn't crowded but also not too far from the shops and restaurants. Breakfast is good, and it was very relaxing to sit outside the balcony with the beach view. I would stay there again with a discount as no hotel in Cyprus is good enough to be 5 star and charge as such. However on a discount it is a great deal.

  Very good location, large room with a very nice design. Looks better than the 3 star hotel - I liked the breackfast ambiance, the balcony view, the royal pool...so calm and relaxing

  We went these 4 night beginning of saison (10/04). The hotel is 10" walking from the animated city center. It is better like that because Ayia Napa is really a city for party so the center is very noisy. The bar is open late, the barman very sympathic and the drink very cheap ! - It was perfect.   Very nice hot buffet breakfast with large selection. Room had nice view of ocean and pool. Friendly staff. Easy to find at end of freeway. Very close to best beach in Ayia Napa. Very clean and well maintained. Ample free parking. - Friendly with good service and perfect in size. Good rooms and pool. Very good with the tennis court as well.
