The hotel was situated in a great location, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Beach is simple beautyful, water is clean, incredible blue, bungallows are comfortable, good conditions, staff is very polite, kind, helpful, downtown 30 minute walking distance, we felt like we were on a second honeymoon! :) Cipryans speak very good english (almoast all of them!!) -

The staff was very friendly. As far as I understood, the place is run by a family, so most staff belonged to the family. I guess, that causes a different level of care for everything in opposite to hired staff that is doing their job and that's it. Everybody at La Casa was very nice and helpful.

Breakfast was very good, apartments are very modern and the double bed just great! Air-conditioning system works perfect, not making noise, cause seems to be very new. Hotel is located in quiet place, although if you walk few minutes, you are in the entertainment center of Agia Napa.

It was my second time in this place and it was even better then the first stay. First of all I was given the exact room that I asked for via letsbookhotel.com. It was located on the ground floor but NO insects were detected even though territory is surrounded with plants. Cleaning was everyday, towels were changed even more often then I expected.

Everything was fantastic. I was there in the low season so daren't imagine what it may be like in high season but certainly at this time of year it can't be beaten.
