  A very old-style mountain hotel, mildely luxurious though not so popular nowadays. Located in the middle of a lush forest on the Troodos mountains, with plenty of wildlife and forest tracks around. Few guests in the hotel made the stay very intimate.   September appears to be out of season so for me was ideal. Friendly and helpful staff, really make you feel welcome. Stayed three nights but would have been happy to stay for longer. An ideal location to explore the area but be warned that what may appear close by may take a lot longer than expected to drive to due to the mountain roads. Temperature is definitely cooler than the coastal region - Outstanding location, friendly helpful reception staff. Views from our room were stunning.
