We liked everything about this place! The exceptionally high standard of
service, the beautiful and spacious apartments, fitted with the latest
and best tvs, fridges, cooker, etc; the polite and extremely helpful
staff, the lovely pool and spa facilities and, very much appreciated,
the private walkway to the beach. We will definitely choose to stay at
the Olympic Residences when we return to Cyprus.

Exceptionally good value for an apartment and within 2 mins of beach
(not relevant for us as visited in January!) The apartment was clean and
spacious. The staff at the bar downstairs were friendly and welcoming
and even offered beers on the house! Overall, an excellent budget choice

I hadn't expected much contact, as the accommodation is self-catering apartments, but there was always someone available to help and advise - even when I arrived at 1:00am after a delayed flight. Highly recommend a stay at Nikis house! Lovely welcoming owners, and very willing to help. The house is a beautifully renovated traditional Cypriot house fully fitted with modern amenities. Very comfy and clean room, good size comfortable bed, sofa and large tv, and there was free wifi available. New bathroom and kitchenette fitted. The inner court yard is beautifully kept, perfect for relaxing in the sun. Good location only a 5 min drive to central Limassol and the sea front.
