  Absolutely nice hotel for family staying. Very friendly personal speaking lots of languages and ready to solve any problem. Good kitchen and bar. Ideal room cleaning. Rooms are fine and comfortable. Sport animation and cute night shows are right at their place.   Everything was good in general. Though I would recommend to add real coffee / leaf tea, various fresh juices and fruits to breakfast menu. Also it would be great to have a kettle at the room. And, in terms of a bit isolated location, maybe it is worth to have at the hotel some spots where you can get some fruits, fresh juices, natural local produc... what people say » ts and ice cream, like Pahit ice. And for eating out I would really recommend to go to the city center, try Diva restaurant, it's definitely worth to - There was a wide variety of activities offered each day for free that kept you active even if you decided to never leave the resort. My favorite feature was the free water taps throughout the resort where you could fill up your water bottle for free!

  My husband and I have just returned from a weeks holiday 29/07/09 We have had a lovely week. Very peaceful and relaxing. Food excellent and all the staff were very polite. It is a big bonus because it is adults only. We will definately be going to another Sentido hotel if the Kouzalis is anything to go by.
