  Andreas is one of the most welcoming and attentive hoteliers I've ever found, and his hotel is a perfect example of Cypriot hospitality. The location is excellent for exploring the city and its many attractions and superb traditional restaurants. Breakfast is a well - Our four-day stay at the hotel left us with the dearest memories. Highly efficient and friendly staff. A fantastic location. Being a bit spaced apart from the sea shore which can be easily reached by bus (the bus stop is very close) "Axiothea" offers an incomparable advantage of quite and rellaxing atmosphere, fresh air, unforgettable evenings at the sea-side balcony.   Very nice, 'country lodge-esq' hotel. Loved the open fire place and comfy sofas. Good location to walk to ski lifts too (if you're not Cypriot and don't want to drive -everywhere-)! - Liked the cozy feeling in the lounge and amazing location.   September appears to be out of season so for me was ideal. Friendly and helpful staff, really make you feel welcome. Stayed three nights but would have been happy to stay for longer. An ideal location to explore the area but be warned that what may appear close by may take a lot longer than expected to drive to due to the mountain roads.   We stayed in this hotel twice on our short visit to Cyprus. The night of our arrival and the night before our early flight out from Ercan. While this hotel was simple and in a somewhat rural area the staff were by far the friendliest and most helpful of any I have experienced throughout Europe. Among all other good hotels this one was the best. It locates in a lovely and quiet part of the city center, just 15 minutes walk from the old town. The room was clean, nice and spacious. The staff was very kind and helpful by providing us with the useful information about the sightseeing. Really good value for the money. Thank you very much for makeing our visit to Nicosia so enjoyable!

  The room was clean. The breakfast, although there was not much variety was plenty. We paid for mountain view room and were given pool/seaview room. - The staff service was excellent. Also the room was very clean and tidy. Beautiful Garden.
