Highly recommend a stay at Nikis house! Lovely welcoming owners, and very willing to help. The house is a beautifully renovated traditional Cypriot house fully fitted with modern amenities. Very comfy and clean room, good size comfortable bed, sofa and large tv, and there was free wifi available. New bathroom and kitchenette fitted. The inner court yard is beautifully kept, perfect for relaxing in the sun. Good location only a 5 min drive to central Limassol and the sea front.

Great value for money. Simple, but clean. Located just next to the bars street, but very quiet. We did not hear any noise from the neighbours either. We arrived quite late in the evening, so the owner offered us to stay late the next day at no extra charge. All in all, very decent for budget conscious travellers. -

We spend seven nights in Diamond Villas as a taster to see what villa holidays were all about.
We were very lucky with the weather in November (+25°C!!) and we had a wonderfull stay because the villa has everything you need.

Above all, the helpfulness of the staff, and particularly the manager. I hadn't expected much contact, as the accommodation is self-catering apartments, but there was always someone available to help and advise - even when I arrived at 1:00am after a delayed flight. This hotel is suitable for those who don't want to be tied to the regime of work of the dining room. There are all opportunities for self-cooking. Overall the apartment exceeded our expectations. A lovely recently decorated place tucked away off the main street (so no pub/club noise all night). It was easy to find and is only a 5 min walk from all the amenities and the beach. If staying in Protaras again we would definitely book here again!!

This apart-hotel is one of the best possible options around Pafos.
New houses with a sea view, green and good-looking territory, clean pool, clean rooms of a good size.
Not the least positive thing - it has a very comfortable beach just in front of the hotel.
Several nice restoraunts is on the main road. So, if you have a car than it is no problem to get there. For a walk it is quite unfriendly road.

We stayed in studio 301 which is a penthouse. It has a very large terrace well furnished with tables, chairs, and rattan sofas. The view over the sea and the luxuriant vegetation of Kisonerga is superb.
The studio is well designed, with a fully equipped kitchenette, large wardrobes, washing machine, large fridge, satellite TV, etc. High speed wireless internet is provided. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. In summary, it provides very high level of comfort at a hostel price. -
This apartment is in a very nice, relaxing village of Pafos. It was very quiet and the view at night was spectacular. The accommodations were excellent and the room was clean and had everything we could have desired. Although we were only there for a short stay, we could easily see ourselves staying for a longer period of time. The folks who run the apartments were extremely friendly and were very helpful.

The staff at the apartments couldn't do enough for us, they are so friendly and really made our Cypriot experience! The hotel is a short walk from a bus stop where you can go either 5 minutes to the coral Bay Area or 10 minutes into paphos harbour both cost €1.50each way. So getting around is both easy and affordable. The appartments are clean both in the rooms and public areas and have a really lovely atmosphere mainly set by Bridget and Stephanos who are so helpful, the hotel has a good size
